The club is playing host to ‘Garden Birdwatch’.
The event will be led by Tim McCann Ulster GAA Project Manager and Ciaran Maguire Ulster GAA Irish Language Officer.
Come and join us. After the tea & (all flavours of Club biscuits) you can help us identify the type of birds that are gracing our pitches, shrubs, trees and hedges.
VENUE: St. Paul’s Playing Fields
DATE: Wednesday 21st January
TIME: 1:30pm to 2:30pm.
You will learn to identify some birds that you don’t recognise AND you will learn their names in Irish.
In fact I suppose you could say you were killing two birds with one stone 🤔.
