Fantastic session put on tonight by Greg Mc Gonigle, former Armagh Senior ladies manager & current Clann Eireann & Armagh minor ladies manager. Nothing fancy, just getting the basics right and done at a fast pace. 
He challenged the girls and put them outside their comfort zones at times but more importantly corrected girls when needed too.
Biggest word was 'correct' he didn't tell them what they where doing wrong he coached them how to do it right.
Everyone who attended has taken something out of it.
